Surround Yourself With Happy People And Happiness

The saying goes, "Birds of a feather flock together".

If we look around at groups of friends who hang out together, this adage often holds true.

Loud people hang out together. Pessimists hang out with pessimists and feed off each others' negative feelings. Happy and positive people hang out together.

We're not asking you to dump your friends here. What we're saying is, what you become, what you feel, is subconsciously being affected by what surrounds you.

We're not asking you to judge unhappy people, to ostracize them. Don't.

But if you want to be happy, you have to make the conscious decision to be surrounded by happy people and happiness. Choose your company wisely. Gravitate towards happiness, and you will be happy too.
